Is VetPop really free for veterinary clinics?
Yes. VetPop is 100% free for the clinic, for life. No card, no contract, and no limit on the number of patients. Nothing is ever charged on the clinic side, whatever your volume.
How can VetPop be free for clinics? Where does the money come from?
The revenue does not come from the clinic. It comes from the pet owner, who can subscribe in the mobile app through the App Store or Google Play: $1.99 a month for one animal, $3.99 for two, $9.99 unlimited.
Is VetPop free for pet owners?
Booking an appointment and filling in the follow-up prescribed by the vet are free for the owner, always. The subscription is optional and only unlocks the additional features.
Do I need to install anything to use VetPop?
No. VetPop runs directly in your browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. There is nothing to install and nothing to update. Pet owners use the mobile app.
Can I import my patients, records and appointments from my current software?
Yes. You can import your patient list, your records and your appointments from your current software. Creating the account takes one page and under 10 minutes.
Does VetPop replace my billing or point-of-sale system?
No. VetPop is not a till and not a billing system, so it does not change how you invoice today. You keep the tools you already use.
