• Account: name, email address, and, for veterinarians, professional information.
• Pet: species, breed, gender, weight, vaccinations, treatments, follow-ups, and health records added by the owner or veterinarian.
• Activity: appointments, messages, prescriptions, and telemedicine consultations.
• Payment: processed by Stripe. VetPop never stores your credit card numbers.

Why We Use This Data

• To provide the pet’s health record and track its care.
• To facilitate the relationship between the pet owner and their veterinarian.
• To manage appointments and telemedicine consultations.
• To ensure the proper functioning and security of the service.

Sharing

A pet’s data is shared only with individuals authorized by its owner (for example, its veterinarian).

We do not resell any data. Technical service providers act on our behalf and according to our instructions: hosting (Supabase), payment (Stripe), and email delivery.

Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and your data at any time by writing to hello@vet-pop.com.

Your Rights

You can access your data, correct it, or request its deletion. One address for everything: hello@vet-pop.com.

Security

Data is securely hosted, and access is restricted to authorized personnel.
