From the app
Deletion happens directly in the app, without going through us.
- Open VetPop and sign in.
- Go to the “Account” tab.
- Choose “Delete my account”.
- Confirm: the request is registered immediately.

By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to us from your account's email address. We verify your identity and then proceed with the deletion.

What is deleted
- Your account and your personal information.
- Your pets' records: health book, weight, vaccinations, deworming, treatments.
- Your follow-ups, daily check-ins and photos.
- Your documents, prescriptions and appointments.
- Your messages with veterinarians.
- The access you had granted to veterinarians.
What is kept
Only the data we are legally required to keep is retained, and only for the required period: transaction records and accounting documents linked to a subscription. They are no longer used to operate the service.
Active subscription
ImportantDeleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings, otherwise you will keep being charged.
Timing
The request is taken into account immediately. Final deletion happens within 30 days at the latest. After that, the data cannot be recovered.
