General Terms of Use and Sale

Article 1 · Purpose and Publisher

VetPop is an app that allows pet owners to manage their pets' health records and track their care, schedule appointments, and communicate with veterinarians they authorize. These terms govern the use of the app and the purchase of subscriptions.

Article 2 · Free and Premium Features

Use of VetPop is free for the following features:

• Create and manage your owner profile.
• Add as many pets as you like.
• Schedule an appointment with a veterinarian.
• Complete a follow-up prescribed for you.

The Premium subscription is purchased per pet and unlocks a pet's complete health record (weight and growth charts, allergies, medical history, vaccinations, deworming, treatments, personal follow-ups, documents, reminders, and sharing). The plan you choose determines the number of pets that can have Premium access.

Article 3 · Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and be at least 16 years old.

Article 4 · Plans, Purchase, and Renewal

Three Premium plans are available: Premium One (1 pet), Premium Duo (2 pets), and Unlimited. Purchases and billing are handled by the app store from which you installed the app (App Store or Google Play), in accordance with its own terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the expiration date through your account on the app store.
• Cancellations and refund requests must be made through the app store, in accordance with its rules.
• VetPop never receives your payment information.

Article 5 · Managing Premium Pets

You choose which pets are Premium, within the limits of your plan.

• Voluntarily downgrading a pet to Basic triggers a withdrawal: the pet remains Premium and its spot remains reserved until the end of the term (minimum 30 days), to prevent abusive changes; you can cancel this withdrawal at any time before the expiration date.
• If you switch to a plan covering fewer animals than you currently have as Premium, the app will prompt you to select which animals to keep as Premium; the others will revert to Basic.
• Reverting an animal to Basic hides its health record but never deletes its data: the data will reappear if you reactivate Premium.

Article 6 · Role of Veterinarians

VetPop is not a party to the relationship between you and your veterinarian. When you authorize a veterinarian, they access the relevant animal's record for treatment; VetPop merely hosts and transmits this information. You may revoke access at any time.

Article 7 · Liability

VetPop makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. VetPop cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information from the app: this information is not a substitute for a veterinarian's advice.

Article 8 · Content and Intellectual Property

The content you add (photos, documents, notes) remains your property; you grant VetPop the license strictly necessary to host it and return it to you. The VetPop brand and the app remain the property of their publisher.

Article 9 · Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is accessible from within the app. It forms an integral part of these Terms.

Article 10 · Term, Termination, and Account Deletion

These Terms apply for as long as you use VetPop. You may close your account at any time; the deletion will take effect within a maximum of 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Article 11 · Amendments and Governing Law

VetPop may amend these Terms; you will be notified of any substantial changes. Unless otherwise specified for a particular region, these terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's headquarters, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
